1.Donnybrook Estate.

42 New Unique Apartments.Located in Bow East London E3.
All aspects of the New Electrical Installation to the project including many aspects of design input.Project particulars included Sub Main Distribution, External works, Access control and communal IRS system.The Project was successfully completed in 2005 for Willmott Dixon PLC.

2.Siobhon Davies Dance school.

Re-furbishment and extension of Charlotte Sharman School.Located in Southwark London SW1.
All aspects of the Mechanical and Electrical Installation to the project including working closely alongside project architect and M and E Consultant.Project particulars included Gas Central heating, Plant room installation, Containment,Ventilation and Fire Alarm system.The Project was successfully completed in 2006 for Rooff Ltd.

3.St Anne's Court.

80 New build luxury apartments.Located in Stoke Newington London  N16.
All aspects of the Electrical and Mechanical Installation on a design and build basis.Project particulars included Electric Panel heating, Domestic hot and cold supplies, Dry Riser service, Tank room Installations Suspended containment and Drainage within underground car park.The Project was successfully completed in 2007 for Mount Anvil PLC.

4.Woolston Manor Golf lodge.

26 Executive serviced Hotel apartments.Located on a golf course in Chigwell Essex E4.
All aspects of the Mechanical and Electrical Installation on a design and build basis.Project particulars included Wet under floor heating system, Contemporary lighting, Luxury bathrooms, External lighting and communal Smoke detection system.
The Project was successfully completed in 2007 for Quadrillion construction Ltd.

5.Northdown Street.

30 New build luxury apartments.Located in London N1.
All aspects of the Electrical Installation carried out on a design and build basis.Project particulars included Electric space and water heating, Video door entryphone system, Communal and External lighting and Contemporary lighting and power.
The project was successfully completed in 2006 for Mount Anvil PLC.

6.Roman Road.

12 New build apartments.Located in Bow East London.E3.
All aspects of the Electrical and Mechanical Installation carried out on a design and build basis.Project particulars included economy 7 electric storage heating, domestic hot and cold water, Rising main supplies, Hot water cylinders and communal lighting and power.The Project was successfully completed in 2006 for Quadrillion construction ltd.

2.Hertfordshire Care Homes.

3 New build 6 bedroom care homes.Located in Stevenage,Buldock and St Albans Hertfordshire.
Mechanical and Electrical package incorporating all aspects of the installation from design stage.Project particulars include Wet under floor heating system, Lighting and Power, Ventilation and Heat recovery, Fire Alarm system and Plant room installations.Our client on this project is Osborne Homes and the works will be complete by the end of June 2008.

3.Derry Avenue.

24 New build apartments.Located in South Ockendon Essex.
Complete Electrical package incorporating all aspects of the Installation from Design stage.Project particulars include Sub main distribution, Communal IRS system, Lighting and power and Individual metering requirements.Our client on this project is Quadrillion construction Ltd and the works are due to be complete by the end of October 2008.

4.Felstead Street. 

121 New build apartments spread across 8 blocks.Located in Hackney East London E9.
Complete Mechanical and Electrical package incorporating all aspects of the Installation from Design stage.Project particulars include Communal Heating system to 121 units.Rising services and Sub main distribution, Smoke ventilation system and AOV,s, Hot water cylinders and Radiators, Communal IRS system, CCTV and Access control.Our client on this project is Mount Anvil PLC and the works are due to be completed by September 2008.
