Prestige development of bespoke barn conversion that challenged standard design practices and was carried out to the highest criteria. Mechanical and Electrical package. This project was successfully completed for Quadrillion Construction Ltd in 2009.

Barnsbury Place is a prestigious collection of nine new houses, 15 new build and 80 refurbished apartments in one of Islington’s most desirable quarters. The sympathetic refurbishment of the three original Edwardian buildings married with the contemporary design of the new build apartments and houses will create a unique living environment within the established parish of Barnsbury. The gross development value of this scheme is £56 million. The houses will be launched in February 2010 with the first apartments following in April 2010.
Mount Anvil is developing 60 one and two bed private apartments in this 13 storey iconic landmark tower overlooking the Grand Union canal. The overall development, which includes 800 sq m of commercial space, is having a significant regenerative impact on the area. The gross development value of this scheme is £14m. This exciting residential development is a one minute walk to Alperton tube station with links into Central London via the Picadilly tube line. Construction is already underway and the project is due to complete in March 2011.
Mount Anvil introduced the land with an outline planning consent for 195 apartments to the developing RSL, now London & Quadrant Group (L&Q). Mount Anvil led the application process to secure full planning for this development which was granted in September 2007. Intensive planning and design work by our internal team led to an increase of 95 bed spaces for L&Q at no additional land cost. This development compromises two blocks ranging from five to nine storeys. The contract value of this scheme is £27m.
